Kyulim Lee is a former undergraduate and DMD student at the Yilmaz lab (University of Florida). She was a recipient of the 1st Place Hatton Award in the junior category with AADR, and 2nd place with the Hatton-Johnson & Johnson Award with IADR, with the projects in Dr. Yilmaz's lab in 2014. For her studies in the Yilmaz Lab, Kyulim had also received the best research award from IADR in 2013, given by the Microbiology and Immunology group. Dr. Kyulim Lee finished her DMD/PHD degree at the University of Florida, where she later became an adjunct Assistant Professor. She continued as a resident in Pediatric Dentistry in Cincinnati, Ohio. Dr. Kyulim Lee is currently an Assistant Professor in Pediatric Dentistry at Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio, investigating the impact of the microbiome in children’s populations.
