Dr. Jaden Lee DMD PHD

Dr. Jaden Lee completed the NIH-supported dentist scientist training program and graduated from MUSC with DMD and PhD degrees. His PhD dissertation was focused on understanding how the oral epithelium interacts and crosstalks with a key periodontal pathogen, Porphyromonas gingivalis. During his time at MUSC, he worked with Dr. Yilmaz for his PhD dissertation project and under her mentorship, he was able to grow tremendously as a scientist.

He is currently a third-year graduate periodontics resident at the University of Michigan - Ann Arbor.
